AI Assistify provides a flexible tool management system that allows users to integrate and use various AI-powered tools. Users can pick tools from a Tool Picker in the chat interface, manage tools via the Tools Management Tab, and even configure custom tools with their own API integrations.

1️⃣ How to Use a Tool in AI Assistify Chat

✅ Selecting a Tool in Chat

1. Open a New Chat from the AI Assistify dashboard.

2. Click the Tool Picker icon in the chat input field.

3. A list of available tools will appear.

4. Select one or multiple tools (e.g., DALL·E 3 Generator, Web Search).

5. The selected tools will now appear in the Selected Tools section above the chat input.

6. Type your request (e.g., “Create an image of a dog”) and press Enter.

7. AI Assistify will process the request using the selected tools and return the result.

2️⃣ Managing & Adding Tools from Tools Management

✅ Activating a Pre-Built Tool

1. Navigate to Tools Management → Tools Store.

2. Browse the list of Pre-Built Tools (e.g., Stable Diffusion, Web Search, Weather Now).

3. Click Activate next to the tool you want to enable.

4. The tool is now available in the Tool Picker when starting a chat.

3️⃣ How to Add a New Custom Tool

✅ Steps to Create a Custom Tool

1. Navigate to Tools Management → Add Custom Tool.

2. Fill in the following details:

   • Tool Name: (e.g., Custom Weather API)

   • Icon URL: (e.g., Your API’s logo or relevant image)

   • Description: (e.g., “Fetches real-time weather updates for any city”)

   • Base URL: (e.g., https://api.weather.com/v1)

   • Request Type: (GET, POST, etc.)

   • Endpoint: (e.g., /current_weather)

   • Headers & Parameters: (Authentication & required fields)

3. Click Create to save the tool.

4. The tool will now appear in Activated Tools and can be accessed in the Tool Picker in chat.
