π οΈ Step 1: Creating Your Chatbot
To start building your chatbot:
1οΈβ£ Go to the Assistants Tab β Manage all your AI-powered assistants in one place. 2οΈβ£ Click "Create Assistant" β A setup wizard will guide you through the process. 3οΈβ£ Define the Assistantβs Identity:
βοΈ Name & Description β Give your chatbot a unique name and define its purpose.
π¨ Custom Icon (Optional) β Upload a logo to match your branding.
π§ Select an AI Model β Choose from OpenAI GPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.
π Define Its Personality β Set an initial behavior or prompt to shape its responses.
π Step 2: Training the Chatbot
Once created, the chatbot needs to learn from your business data:
β Attach Existing Files β Select from already uploaded documents. π Upload New Training Data β Drag & drop FAQs, policies, support docs, etc. π₯ Share Training Data Across Members (Optional) β Enable knowledge sharing across teams.

After training, the chatbot is ready to be deployed across multiple platforms: Choose a Deployment Channel:
