The AI-Powered Document Analysis feature in AI Assistify allows users to upload, manage, and analyze documents directly within the platform. AI Assistify intelligently processes files like PDFs and text documents, extracting insights, summarizing content, and answering queries based on the document’s contents.

🚀 How to Use

1️⃣ Uploading a New Document in Chat

1. Open a New Chat from the AI Assistify dashboard.

2. In the chat input field, click the file attachment icon 📎.

3. Select a file from your device to upload.

4. Once uploaded, the file appears as a selected file in the chat.

5. Type a question related to the file (e.g., "Summarize this document" or "What are the key points?") and send it.

2️⃣ Selecting an Existing File for Analysis

1. In the chat input field, click the File Picker icon 📂.

2. Browse the list of previously uploaded documents.

3. Click on a document to select it for analysis.

4. Once selected, type a query related to the document and send it to AI Assistify.

3️⃣ Managing Files in the File Management Tab

• Navigate to the Files section to view, rename, or delete uploaded documents.

• Click Edit to update the file name and description.

• Use the search bar to quickly locate specific documents.
